Beth Brascugli De Lima (MBA) is nationally and California State certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR-CA and SHRM-SCP), has been appointed to sit on the Employee Health, Safety, and Security Special Expertise Panel, is a certified mediator, U.C. Berkeley Extension Program.

She has over 28 year experience as an expert in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). She teaches seminars on complex California Medial Leaves throughout California and the US.
