Mr. Yarmus is a licensed Professional Engineer and a New York State Certified Code Enforcement Official, practicing Engineering since 1987. His experience includes work in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, and he has undertaken assignments and testified on behalf of both plaintiff and defense. His specialties include, but are not limited to, civil/structural/environmental engineering, building codes, accidents related to construction methods and standards, slip and fall incidents, burn and scald injuries, environmental engineering including lead and asbestos issues, building inspections, labor law, industrial code rule 23, OSHA and more. Mr. Yarmus is qualified to testify in municipal, state and federal courts.
