A Delaware Superior Court judge on Tuesday awarded Spirit AeroSystems Inc. $11 million in attorney fees and expenses for successfully defending a lawsuit stemming from The Boeing Co.'s sale of three manufacturing facilities to the Kansas-based aircraft maker in 2005.

Court papers filed Dec. 8 indicate that the Jane Doe plaintiff reached a deal to settle her defamation and invasion of privacy lawsuit with Uber and two former executives accused of improperly obtaining the medical records and police file from the attack.
The husband of a woman sentenced to 75 years in prison for health care fraud received an 80-year imprisonment term for similar conduct but isn't behind bars after failing to appear at the hearing. The district court has declared the defendant, Ebong Tilong, a fugitive.
