In the eight months since she became managing partner of Kaufman Dolowich’s new Wilmington office, Loren Barron has hired one partner, two associates, two staff members and an intern and said she plans to keep growing the team, although it’s running out of office space in its current location.
All seven are currently working in person at the office, which Barron said has created a more cohesive team and created a positive working culture. Barron sat down to discuss what her Court of Chancery work has looked like since the office opened and how litigating in Delaware has evolved over time.
