A federal jury in the District of Delaware has found HTC Corp. liable for just under $9 million in damages, determining phones made by the electronics company infringed on two telecom patents.
Following a five-day trial before U.S. District Court Judge Gregory B. Williams, the jury on Monday sided with Luxembourgish Sisvel subsidiary 3G Licensing and French telecom company Orange on all claims, marking a win for the plaintiffs’ trial team led by Andres Healy and Lexie White of Susman Godfrey.
