Pancho Memory Care and PMC Investor were sued Thursday in Delaware Court of Chancery. The court action, brought by Foley Hoag and FisherBroyles, centers on an underlying dispute over on operating agreement which has allegedly caused plaintiff Memory Care US REIT to default on loans totaling $58 million. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2023-0325, Memory Care US REIT, LLC, et al. v. PMC Investor, LP, et al.
