Lowe’s was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit Monday in Delaware District Court. The lawsuit, filed by Morgan, Lewis & Bockius on behalf of power tools designer and manufacturer TTI Consumer Power Tools Inc. and other plaintiffs, accuses Lowe’s of selling and marketing its power tool that infringes on one or more design claims of TTI’s asserted cordless power tool patent. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00673, Tti Consumer Power Tools, Inc. et al v. Lowes Companies, Inc.
