After a false start last fall, Jury trials are set to restart June 1 in Delaware, according to an announcement Friday from Chief Justice Collins J. Seitz Jr.
That date will mark a move into Phase 3 of the courts’ reopening plan, and Seitz’s order extends the state of judicial emergency through June 2.
