Delaware jury trials could start in June if COVID-19 case numbers continue to decline, Chief Justice Collins J. Seitz announced Friday.
Provided the downward trends in positive test, hospitalization and death rates observed in Delaware since peaking in January continue, courts will return to Phase 3 of their reopening plan at a date in June yet to be determined.
