Following more than 34 years of work in the court, Chancellor Andre Bouchard now plans to cap his time with the Delaware Court of Chancery this spring.
Bouchard’s retirement, announced last week after he sent a letter to Gov. John Carney, is expected to go into effect April 30, days shy of seven years since he was appointed chancellor.
