A former privacy protection executive argued in a federal lawsuit filed Wednesday that he is owed $3 million after being fired without cause.

John Schreiber’s breach of contract complaint filed by McCarter & English in the District of Delaware, accuses InfoArmor, which now operates as Allstate Identity Protection, of withholding millions in retention awards. The company maintains Schreiber was terminated for reasons that contractually bar him from receiving that money, according to the lawsuit.
