Former stockholders alleged Tuesday the corporate structure of a business services company was manipulated to avoid payment of more than $57 million ordered in an appraisal case earlier this year.

Five parties, including Manichaean Capital LLC, are seeking restitution plus interest in the Delaware Court of Chancery case and are asking the court to hold Irving, Texas-headquartered Exela Technologies Inc. and 52 of its subsidiaries, 45 of which are also incorporated in Delaware, jointly and severally accountable for the judgment.
