Flachsbart & Greenspoon has awakened 23-year-old patents from the dead.
U.S. District Judge Richard Andrews of the District of Delaware ruled earlier this month that three lighting ballast patents that were ruled unenforceable due to inequitable conduct in the early 2000s may now be asserted once more against Osram Sylvania Inc.
