For the sixth year in a row, the Women in Law Empowerment Forum recognized DLA Piper for its percentage of women in leadership roles.
WILEF certification hinges on criteria such as how many of a firm's equity partners are women; how many of the firm's office heads, governance committee members and compensation committee members are women equity partners; how many of the highest-paid equity partners are women; and how many women equity partners are women of color and LGBT.
