Francis Pileggi, member and vice chair of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott's commercial litigation department, published the book “American Legal Ethics: A Retrospective from 1997 to 2018.”
The book is an anthology of ethics columns appearing in the magazine of the American Inns of Court called “The Bencher,” from 1997 to 2018, with practical application to practitioners, judges and law professors.
According to the Eckert Seamans website, Pileggi practices primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation.
