Recent allegations of sexual harassment by CBS Corp. chief executive Leslie Moonves have brought increased scrutiny to the legal saga unfolding in the Delaware Court of Chancery over control of the New York-based broadcaster.

However, it was not yet clear to what extent the accusations against Moonves—reported last week in a story by The New Yorker’s Ronan Farrow—would have on the high-stakes litigation, which pits Moonves and the CBS board against controlling shareholder Shari Redstone and her family’s National Amusements Inc. holding company.
