Stephen B. Brauerman, a director in Bayard PA’s litigation group, served on a panel titled “The Impact of Delaware’s Corporate Law” at the Meritas U.S./Canada litigation and labor and employment group joint fall meeting in Washington, D.C.

The panel discussed various topics concerning Delaware’s national influence, including the impact of Delaware’s robust case law, the availability of expeditious and injunctive relief in the Delaware Court of Chancery, differences between Delaware’s commercial courts—the Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court, and Delaware’s Rapid Arbitration Act. Brauerman was joined on the panel by Delaware Court of Chancery Chancellor Joseph R. Slights III, Marbury Rainer of Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs and Colin Wexler of Goldberg Kohn, according to a press release.

Brauerman concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate, commercial and intellectual property litigation in Delaware’s state and federal courts.
