Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani continues its expansion on the East Coast with the opening of an office in Wilmington.
The Delaware office is the firm’s 47th office nationwide and is led by office managing partner Michael C. Heyden Jr. Admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Heyden joins the firm as a member of the firm’s commercial litigation practice. Heyden will also be a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office.
Heyden concentrates his practice on the representation of insurers in coverage and extracontractual liability counseling and litigation, as well as the defense of insureds and self-insureds in casualty matters. His experience includes the defense of products liability, premises liability, liquor liability, executive and professional liability and employment discrimination matters. Heyden also maintains a docket of commercial and real estate disputes, including eminent domain matters.
Heyden has also defended nationwide product manufacturers and contractors in toxic tort litigation in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey, and has experience in benzene and asbestos litigation.
