Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell partner Jeff Wolters participated in a Practising Law Institute advance venture capital program in San Francisco.
Wolters served as faculty and spoke in the closing session, “Corporate Governance in VC-Backed Companies.”
Wolters is a member of the Delaware Corporate Counseling Group, which focuses on corporate transactions. He provides counseling on all Delaware law aspects of a transaction, and his work often involves advising boards of directors and board committees, including independent committees appointed to negotiate mergers or other transactions such as those in which directors or large stockholders may have a conflict of interest. Wolters also provides formal legal opinions on Delaware corporate law and related matters.
