Connolly Gallagher attorney Max Walton joined Samantha Lukoff from the Office of Defense Services to present at the Delaware State Bar Association’s Fundamentals of Lawyer Client Relations seminar.
Walton and Lukoff covered the topic “Working With the Difficult Client.”
According to a press release, the Delaware State Bar Association initiated the fundamentals courses to provide a comprehensive curriculum that looks at the decisions lawyers make in dealing with their clients, working within the rules of ethics and in seeking assistance should a situation become difficult.
Walton is the chair of Connolly Gallagher’s government practice group and is the managing partner of the firm’s Newark office. Walton concentrates his practice on advising and litigating on behalf of government entities and business. Walton handles complex commercial, corporate, constitutional, land use, construction, environmental, election and insurance coverage matters in Delaware state and federal courts.
