Three Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell attorneys are scheduled participants in panel discussions on Sept. 26 and 27 at the 2017 Delaware Corporate Law Anniversary Symposium.

The two-day program celebrates the 225th anniversary of the establishment of the Delaware Court of Chancery, the 50th anniversary of the general revision of the Delaware General Corporation Law and the 25th anniversary of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act, according to the firm’s press release.

On day one, Rick Alexander is set to moderate the panel discussion, “The Purpose of the Delaware Corporation,” and Bill Lafferty is set to join the panel, “The DGCL and Litigation in the Court of Chancery.” In the closing session, Gil Sparks is scheduled to provide commentary in “A Look Back: The Oral History Project Presentation of Video on Smith v. Van Gorkom.”

Morris Nichols is a sponsor of the symposium.
