Brian O’Neill joined Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott in its Wilmington office and litigation division.
O’Neill focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation, representing corporate entities and stockholders, members and partners in complex litigation matters.
His practice includes stockholder disputes, both direct and derivative, with respect to domestic and foreign corporations, as well as membership and partnership disputes within limited liability companies, partnerships and other related entities.
O’Neill represents clients in both federal and state courts in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
In addition to appearing in federal district courts and state courts, O’Neill has also represented creditors in Bankruptcy Court and property owners throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey in real property tax assessment appeal litigation.
He earned his LL.M. in securities and financial regulation from Georgetown University Law Center. He obtained his law degree from Boston University School of Law.
