Ross Aronstam & Moritz partner David E. Ross became a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
He was inducted into the college at the 2017 spring meeting of the college in Boca Raton, Florida.
Lawyers must have a minimum of 15 years’ trial experience before they can be considered for fellowship, according to a release.
Ross has litigated corporate and commercial cases, trade secret misappropriation disputes and trust contests. He has first-chair experience litigating claims for injunctive relief and expedited trials on the merits, as well as other corporate and complex commercial disputes, in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Supreme Court and other courts across the country, as well as in both American Arbitration Association and JAMS arbitrations.
