Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell partner Gregory W. Werkheiser is set to speak at the 10th annual Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop, running from July 31 to Aug. 2 in Cambridge, Md.

Werkheiser will be a member of the panel “Commercial: Going Gently Into That Good Night: The Process of Converting Cases to Chapter 7,” scheduled from 10:45 a.m. to noon Aug. 1.

The panel will discuss Delaware working group and U.S. Trustee Task Force recommendations, according to a release.

The workshop is hosted by the American Bankruptcy Institute.
