Shareholder complaints against RTX Corp. continued to accumulate, with the latest, filed in the  District of Delaware federal court, stating the aerospace and defense company’s board didn’t correctly handle an engine defect that airlines have blamed for profit losses.

Farnan LLP and the Oklahoma firm Federman & Sherwood represent the plaintiff, a shareholder of RTX, which was Raytheon Technologies until the company rebranded in July. Their complaint, filed Monday, claims RTX’s directors breached their fiduciary duties and violated the Exchange Act.
