Dozens of attorneys showed up to a Wilmington courtroom the morning of Nov. 9 in support of one of two sides vying to lead Fox Corp. shareholders in their Court of Chancery case.

The hearing before Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster didn’t end in a decision on who lead counsel and lead plaintiffs will be, but both sides voiced their thoughts on why their complaint makes a stronger argument and how their attorneys have a greater chance of working cooperatively in the breach of fiduciary duty litigation involving the legal fallout from statements made on air about the 2020 presidential election.
