DSBA to Hold ADR CLE Seminar

The ADR section of the Delaware State Bar Association is scheduled to hold a CLE event titled “ADR and Ethics 2022.”

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel is set to discuss the unique ethical challenges faced by lawyers serving as arbitrators or other third-party neutrals, including advertising, disclosure requirements, confidentiality and conflicts.
