The Delaware State Bar Association (DSBA) and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) are scheduled to host an upcoming CLE seminar titled, “You Have the Right to…”
This seminar is set to explore the history of the ACLU and their contribution to the legal community, the plaintiff and criminal perspective of a civil liberties case, and participants are to hear from the Division of Civil Rights and Public Trust of Delaware. This group of speakers are slated to discuss the steps to building a case, conflicts that arise, and give real-life examples that can be useful for any attorney.
