Following four years of focus on criminal justice reform, curtailing gun violence, increasing abortion access and pursuing environmental accountability, Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings was elected to a second term on Tuesday.

Voters chose Jennings, who was first elected in 2018, by nearly 8% of the vote over Republican challenger Julianne Murray of Murray, Phillips & Gay in Georgetown. Jennings’ supporters have indicated they hope she continues the initiatives she started in her first term.
