Potter Anderson & Corroon partner Jacqueline Rogers is set to speak on a National Association of Women Lawyers panel titled “Common Themes on the Common Interest Privilege in Deals and Disputes,” according to an announcement from the firm.

The program, to be held at 3 p.m. June 17, is produced by the NAWL women in corporate transactions and women in litigation affinity groups. The panel will discuss how the common interest doctrine applies to communications between parties in corporate transactions and litigation, as well as how to protect such communications from later disclosure.
