Four Armstrong Teasdale partners and one paralegal who were onboarded last month in Delaware as part of the firm’s East Coast expansion plan have come under fire in a lawsuit by their former firm, Elliott Greenleaf, for allegedly leaving without giving proper notice.

Blue Bell-based Elliot Greenleaf filed a complaint Feb. 5 against four former shareholders who are now Armstrong Teasdale partners—Rafael Zahralddin, Shelley Kinsella, Eric M. Sutty and Jonathan Stemerman—and senior paralegal Maryann Millis. They left the firm in December and January to help launch Armstrong Teasdale’s Wilmington, Delaware, office.
