That was the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit’s message Friday to U.S. District Judge Colm Connolly of the District of Delaware. Connolly had invalidated 159 patent claims owned by Realtime Data in a ruling from the bench that was “too cursory to allow for meaningful appellate review.”
