Christopher M. Winter has been appointed as managing partner of Duane Morris’ Wilmington office, the firm announced this week.
Winter, who’s spent the majority of his career with Duane Morris, is co-chair of the finance and restructuring transactions division of the firm’s business reorganization and financial restructuring practice group and is the team lead of the banking and finance industry group.
