Womble Bond Dickinson announced that it added a team of three captive insurance sector attorneys to its office in Wilmington.

Jeff Simpson, Andrew Rennick and Paul (Tres) Ostien previously all worked at Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella.

Simpson, who leads the team, serves on the legislative and regulatory liaison committees of the Delaware Captive Insurance Association, of which he is also a founder and director. He is also director of the Self-Insurance Institute of America.

Rennick has experience in general corporate law and often writes on captive insurance topics. He does community work representing children in Delaware’s guardian ad litem program.

Ostien was a principal drafter of Delaware’s Revised Captive Insurance Company Act and also helped to found the Delaware Captive Insurance Association.
