Blank Rome announced that finance, restructuring and bankruptcy of counsel Josef W. Mintz was elected president of the Philadelphia/Wilmington chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. Mintz, who also served on the association’s board of directors as vice president of programming and chair of its NextGen committee, was elected to serve a one-year term. Mintz is also a Steering Committee member of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference and a barrister of the Delaware Bankruptcy Inns of Court.

The TMA is an organization dedicated to turnaround management, corporate restructuring and distressed investing. Its members include turnaround practitioners, attorneys, accountants, advisors, liquidators, investment bankers and consultants, as well as academic, government and judicial employees.
