For the sixth year in a row, the Women in Law Empowerment Forum recognized DLA Piper for its percentage of women in leadership roles.

WILEF certification hinges on criteria such as how many of a firm’s equity partners are women; how many of the firm’s office heads, governance committee members and compensation committee members are women equity partners; how many of the highest-paid equity partners are women; and how many women equity partners are women of color and LGBT.

DLA Pipers encourages women in leadership positions with its Leadership Alliance for Women, which fosters internal networking, develops leadership skills, and creates business development opportunities.
