The Delaware Society for Human Resource Management hosted its 18th annual state conference in Dover. The event provides Delaware’s human resource professionals with professional development and shared best practices, according to a press release.

Holly, a partner with Connolly Gallagher, presented on the topic of “Marijuana: Under the Influence of Impairment.” The session provided attendees with legal facts, highlights of the Americans with Disabilities Act rules and Holly’s insights as co-chair of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce Inc.’s employer advocacy and education committee.
