The Turnaround Management Association Philadelphia/Wilmington chapter’s sixth annual Delaware CLE and Cocktails program is set to be held from 3 to 6:30 p.m. on Oct 18 at the Hotel du Pont in Wilmington.

This year’s scheduled panelists are: U.S. Bankruptcy Chief Judge Christopher Sontchi of the District of Delaware, acting U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, Dan DeFranceschi of Richards, Layton & Finger, Evan Miller of Bayard and Michael Goodman of SSG Capital Advisors.
An interactive question-and-answer session will conclude the event. An application will be made for 90 minutes of CLE credit and a half hour of ethics credit may be approved. Networking, cocktails and lite fare will follow the panel presentation.
Eric M. Sutty, a shareholder of Elliott Greenleaf, is a member of the Delaware events committee that organized the event.
