Fox Rothschild merged with 23-attorney Shaw Fishman Glantz & Towbin, through which the firm’s Wilmington office gained Tom Horan and Johnna Darby.

Experienced in a wide range of bankruptcy matters, Horan focuses his national practice on representing debtors and official unsecured creditors committees in complex Chapter 11 proceedings. He also counsels secured creditors, trustees, unsecured creditors and debtor-in-possession lenders and represents clients in preference and fraudulent transfer proceedings.

Darby represents businesses in bankruptcy, litigation and corporate matters in state and federal courts. She advises clients on entity formation, reviews contracts and provides representation and counsel on corporate governance and in business and commercial disputes.
