Connolly Gallagher added Shaun Michael Kelly to the firm as an associate in the corporate litigation group.
He joins the firm from the Delaware Department of Justice where he served as a deputy attorney general in the Fraud and Consumer Protection Division.
He started his career as an associate at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame Law School, he served a judicial clerkship with Delaware Supreme Court Justice Randy J. Holland. During law school, he served as a summer intern to Holland and to Delaware Court of Chancery Vice Chancellor Joseph R. Slights III, then a Delaware Superior Court judge.
