Connolly Gallagher attorney Kyle Evans Gay was appointed by Delaware Gov. John Carney to a seven-year term on the Public Integrity Commission, which administers and implements Delaware ethics and financial disclosure laws.

Gay tries corporate and complex commercial cases in the Delaware Court of Chancery and she volunteers with the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware Federal Civil Panel.

She focuses her practice on litigation and government law. Prior to joining Connolly Gallagher, Gay served as a judicial law clerk for Delaware Superior Court Judge Paul R. Wallace. She was also a former deputy attorney general in the Appeals Division of the Delaware Department of Justice.
