Connolly Gallagher attorneys, Arthur “Chip” Connolly III and Ryan Newell attended the New York Intellectual Property Law Association’s 96th annual dinner in honor of the federal judiciary.

The NYIPLA dinner speaker was award-winning journalist, best-selling author and associate editor of The Washington Post, Bob Woodward. The 16th Annual Outstanding Public Service Award was presented to recently retired U.S. District Judge Sue L. Robinson of the District of Delaware, said the firm.

Connolly is a founding partner of Connolly Gallagher. He is the former managing partner of Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz, where he started his career in 1989 after serving a judicial clerkship with the Delaware Court of Chancery. Newell has represented parties in corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Superior Court, the Delaware Supreme Court and the District of Delaware. He has also represented parties as Delaware counsel in intellectual property litigation in the District of Delaware.
