Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella promoted Andrew J. Rennick, Paul H. Ostien III, Charles P. O’Brien andRobert V.A. O’Harra III to director. Gordon Fournaris also added Mark P. Gordon and Patrick J. Rohrbach to the firm as associates.
Rennick’s practice focuses on the formation, regulation and governance of captive insurance companies.
Ostien began practicing law in Wilmington in the transactional practice group of a major Delaware law firm, where among other things, he advised corporate trustees in capital markets transactions, provided outside general counsel services to businesses in energy services and other industries.
O’Brien has experience in transactional matters involving Delaware statutory trusts and other alternative entities, including opinion work and the representation of banks and trust companies involved in asset securitizations, real estate financings and structured finance transactions.
O’Harra counsels and advises clients on all facets of estate planning with a focus on wealth transfer and preservation planning, tax planning and aspects of Delaware trust law. Gordon, an associate at the firm, has a practice that focuses on Delaware trust law, including directed trusts, dynasty trusts, asset protection trusts and all aspects of the validity, construction and administration of Delaware trusts.
Rohrbach is an associate who obtained his J.D. from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law and is currently admitted to practice in Delaware.
