Blank Rome announced that the Delaware Law School Transactional Law Honor Society will advance to the 2018 National Transactional LawMeet championships, an interscholastic competition for law students interested in transactional practice, after recently winning Best Draft Purchase Agreement and first place overall in the mid-Atlantic competition.

Blank Rome associate Peter I. Tsoflias, who founded TLHS in 2011, and associate Michael S. Swoyer, who was a member of TLHS’ executive board, helped coach the team in this year’s competition.
