Berger Harris attorneys Michelle Quinn, Brian Gottesman, Buddy Berger and Lauren McCrery attended the annual January conference organized by the CRE Finance Council on Jan. 7-10 in Miami.
According to Berger Harris’ website, CRE Finance Council is a trade association organized to promote the strength and liquidity of commercial real estate finance around the world. Quinn is a partner in the corporate/business entity counseling practice group of Berger Harris. Her practice focuses primarily on rendering advice as to matters of Delaware law relating to partnerships and limited liability companies.
Gottesman has been a partner with the firm since shortly after its founding, and is the head of its corporate/business entity counseling practice group. He has experience counseling corporations and closely held alternative entities (including limited liability companies, Delaware statutory trusts and limited partnerships) on issues relating to their governance and management.
Berger is a co-founder of Berger Harris. He represents real estate developers, builders, investors, family owned businesses, nonprofit corporations and closely held business entities in a variety of complex real estate and other transactional matters, including acquisitions, financings, sales, leases and debt restructuring matters.
McCrery is an associate with the corporate/business entity counseling practice group of the firm. Her practice includes rendering advice and legal opinions in connection with commercial real estate transactions and other commercial transactions in addition to advising clients in connection with the formation and governance of Delaware entities.
