On May 4, Donald Marston of Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz and Bhaya is scheduled to speak as a panelist on the topic of medical marijuana at the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s Bench and Bar Conference in Wilmington.
Marston is a partner in the firm’s Bear office where he practices workers’ compensation and personal injury.
He is former counsel to the Industrial Accident Board for the state of Delaware.
He has represented claimants and employers in workers’ compensation for 20 years; his workers’ compensation practice is now limited to representing injured workers. The Widener University School of Law graduate also represents people who have been injured as a result of auto accidents, slip-and-fall accidents and other personal injury accidents.
