Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell partner Lou Hering is scheduled to speak on the March 13 session, “Current Trends in Litigation and Regulatory Actions Involving Private Investment Funds” at the 19th annual International Conference on Private Investment Funds in London.
Hering will discuss legal developments in fiduciary duties, recent litigation involving private investors and regulators, and potential compliance liability.
Hering is a partner in the firm’s commercial law counseling group. He is involved in the organization and structuring of all forms of Delaware alternative entities. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on structures involving alternative entities, and the delivery of third-party legal opinions in connection with the full spectrum of Delaware contracts.
