There’s still time to comment on proposed changes to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, but those wishing to weigh in must do so soon with the May 4 deadline approaching.
There are 15 rule changes under consideration by the court, including some that are essentially housekeeping measures, such as a requirement that attorneys and pro se litigants notify the court of address changes.
