The Atlanta office of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced Thursday it has filed a racial discrimination lawsuit against Life University in Marietta, the largest chiropractic college in the country.
The lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia alleged the university violated federal law by treating two African-American employees differently because of their race and then fired them for complaining about it.
