Trump's legal woes are accelerating through the turn of the new year as he faces 91 felony counts in criminal cases in four different jurisdictions. The felony counts include violations of the Espionage Act, Georgia RICO Act and unlawful conduct to overturn the 2020 presidential election and thwart the peaceful transfer of power. By any intelligent legal assessment, these are serious crimes.
